Downtown Cooperstown will come alive with live music during the Frevo Festival on Saturday, Feb. 11, at the 2012 Winter Carnival. Beginning at 9 p.m. and lasting until close, area businesses will host some great bands free of charge for adults over 21, according to a media release from the carnival committee.
